WTR is short for “water” and speaks to the environment this product lives in. It also stands for “Water Technology Research” which captures the extensive R&D that took place over the past two years. WHAT IS THE SHELL MADE OF?
For increased durability, WTR ICON is made with an ABS shell.
HAS THIS BEEN TESTED FOR WATER ANDCORROSION?
WTR ICON passed environmental testing such as UV testing, saltwater submersion testing, and salt spray testing. These tests helped us check for swelling, delamination of glue and deterioration. No piece of WTR ICON is made of corroding materials.
