Our Refund/Returns Policy

If you're not 100% happy with the goods you have received, you can return for a refund (minus any original shipping costs that were charged) or exchange within 14 days of the dispatch of goods.
Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labeling.

Product images may vary in actual color. If you are unhappy you always have the option to return your order within 14 days from purchase date.

PLEASE NOTE** There may be an additional freight and handling charge in the case of a replacement product being sent.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot return or refund any swimwear or baselayer.

As we are a bricks and mortar store and have a large customer client base here in Christchurch we will endeavour to keep our online stock as up to date as possible, however this is not always practicable and in the unfortunate event that an item is no longer available but has been purchased online we will contact you immediately and in most instances we will resolve this issue instantly.
